MyManar is a SaaS (Software as a Service) management platform for rehabilitation professionals: speech-language pathologists, psychomotor therapists and neuropsychologists.

The platform offers patient record management, therapeutic follow-up, therapeutic game prescription and tracking, billing and parent communication tools.

"Specialist": a rehabilitation professional registered on the platform (speech-language pathologist, psychomotor therapist, neuropsychologist).

"Center": a rehabilitation facility grouping several specialists, managed by an administrator.

"Parent": legal guardian of a minor patient, with access to the parent portal.

"Patient": a person receiving therapeutic follow-up through the platform.

"Therapeutic games": digital cognitive exercises prescribed by a specialist as part of a treatment plan.

Access to MyManar requires creating a user account with a valid email address and a secure password.

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

MyManar reserves the right to suspend or close an account in case of violation of these terms.

The specialist is responsible for the accuracy of clinical data entered in patient records. They are bound by medical confidentiality under Moroccan law.

The center administrator is responsible for managing their team's access and ensuring proper use of the platform within their facility.

The parent is responsible for supervising their child during at-home therapeutic game sessions.

MyManar acts as a technical host for health data. MyManar is not a healthcare professional and does not provide any medical advice.

Clinical data entered on the platform is covered by professional secrecy (Article 446 of the Moroccan Penal Code).

MyManar implements the necessary technical measures to ensure data confidentiality (encryption, multi-tenant isolation, access control), but the responsibility for medical confidentiality lies with the healthcare professional.

A patient's data is only accessible to the specialist(s) treating them and to their legal guardian via the parent portal.

The therapeutic games offered by MyManar are digital rehabilitation tools. They do not constitute medical devices in the regulatory sense.

Games do not in any way replace a clinical assessment, diagnosis or consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Metrics and scores from game sessions are progress indicators. Their clinical interpretation is the sole responsibility of the treating specialist.

The specialist is solely responsible for the relevance of game prescriptions within each patient's treatment plan.

Each practice or center has a strictly isolated data space on the platform.

No specialist can access data from another practice or center, even in case of misuse.

This isolation is guaranteed by the platform's technical architecture (multi-tenancy) and cannot be circumvented.

All platform content (interface, therapeutic games, algorithms, documentation) is the exclusive property of MyManar.

The subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use limited to the subscription duration.

Clinical data entered by professionals remains their property and that of their patients.

MyManar strives to ensure maximum platform availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

Planned maintenance interruptions will be communicated in advance by email.

Daily backups are performed to prevent any data loss.

MyManar provides a technical management tool. The platform does not in any way substitute for the clinical judgment of the healthcare professional.

MyManar disclaims any liability for clinical decisions made based on metrics, scores or indicators produced by the platform.

MyManar shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss or service interruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

The professional may terminate their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Upon termination, the professional has 30 days to export all their data in a structured format.

After this period, data will be archived in accordance with legal obligations for medical record retention, then securely deleted.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

MyManar reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be notified to users by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
